VINO RENESANSA : The rebirth of a winegrower as much as of a vineyard.

Our slovenian vineyard of 2.5ha is planted since 35 years and includes Rhein Rizling, Kerner, Chardonnay and Laski Rizling.

Our biological process allows to keep the quality of soil and to make a elegant wine with a complete process of vinification.

We produce a rich and complex wine thanks to the slovenian soil and our traditionnal burgundy method of way of making.

1/ Vineyard treatment

• No chemical products

• Hand made harvest

• Grassed Vineyard

2/ In the cellar

• Full grapes press in pneumatic press

• Wine put in wood barrel (Stocking barrels)

• Start of fermentation with indigenous yeasts

• Regular stirring (Barrels of 228, 500 and 600 Liters)

• Complete vinification including malolactic fermentation

• Filtration around 10 microns for a wines cleaning and a shine obtention

• Parameters checking before bottling. Lightest SO2 possible regarding wines PH

3/ Description

Roasted celeriac. Bruised apple, fresh celery, fresh fennel root and at the end, crisp

apple and notes of daffodil floral
